Oh boy! Another Jumanji! Jumanji the next level is really a next level addition to the fantasy series. There are lot of brilliant surprises throughout the feature film. Unexpected addition in the star cast of some legendary actors is also a pleasantly welcome move. Reshuffling of characters is really interesting. So is the introduction of a different iteration of Pegasus. Remember that this a review from the desk of a regular viewer not a professional critique. Therefore its more relevant to readers planning to go and watch this brilliant piece of cinematic presentation.
The starcast.
there are some things that I can tell you without spoiling your excitement. Apart from the stars featured in jumanji welcome to the jungle, the next level inducted a couple of legends of on screen dramatic arts.
Danny Glover and Danny DeVito graced the screen together. I will give a little glimpse of how I felt watching them bring their characters to life. Of course Dwayne ‘the rock’ Johnson, Kevin Hart took the center stage with Karen Gillian, Jake Black bringing up the characters of the game and Alex Wolff, Morgan Turner, Ser’Darius Blain, Madison Iseman being the real life characters.
New additions worthy mentioning are Awkwafina and Dania Ramirez. And one thing that I have to mention here is that watch out for Dania Ramirez for red hot flame in the movie.

Seriously! This needs to spoil complete story and revealing characters of the Jumanji the next level.
No, I am not going to spoil this at this point of time. Not just yet. And I know whole story is already available on some websites. But isn’t it spoiling all the fun? I would urge you to go and watch the movie and preferably in 3D. There are some inside the game scenes to which justice is done only in 3D.

Performance.
Lets talk about the performance of actors in the Jumanji the next level. Well everyone did their best. Everyone brought their character to justice.
Karen Gillian was beautiful and sporty as in the previous part.
Morgan Turner looked specially cute with new nose ring. Ser’Darius, Madison Iseman and Alex Wolff did performed in line with their characters form welcome to the jungle.
The addition of Awkafina was surely a welcome move. Seeing her trying to impersonate Danny De’Vito was a pleasant experience.
About Danny De’Vito there is nothing to say other than brilliant. This little man indulged us in his performance as always. His performance as a person recovering from hip replacement surgery was very lively. I loved it, brilliant.
The Rock was the rock as always. His performance as an action hero is appreciable. He tried to impersonate Danny De’Vito well enough. But you know The Rock is the rock, its really hard to exactly filter out someone else in The Rock. Nothing wrong with his performance, really. Its just we are so used to see him in a certain mold.
Kavin Hart was hilarious as always. He impersonated Danny Glover and to our amusement he did it very well.
At last, Dania Ramirez. Oh God, she was hot. Not going to spoil anything here but she was ravishing. Though she had a very limited role in the movie but she will be noticed on the world stage now.

Conclusion for Jumanji the next level.
Well, the movie is certainly involving. I really enjoyed it watching in 3D. I would recommend to take your family out to watch this movie. You and your whole family will have a wonderful time together. If you ask me to rate this movie I will give 4 star rating to this one.
It is somewhat predictable with all that game involved and calling out the name of Jumanji to win. But inclusion of new star cast and introducing new characters in the game had kept this film to enough interesting and involving. Go for it.
But one thing is for sure, no star cast inclusion will do justice with the Jumanji alex played by great legendary artist Robin Williams. No one can replace him nor can bring up the smile on faces like him. He have immortalized the name Jumanji. I really miss the light air he brought on screen. Jumanji the next level is a very good presentation and will surely do good at box office but it doesn’t take away the fact that i can watch Robin Williams jumanji any time even today, after maybe 25-30 times I have already watched this movie in past years.
