Then he made a transition to education field and started as an assistant professor at Mahatma Gandhi Engineering college. With his hard work and love for teaching he quickly became HOD of Electronics department. Having served there for three years he joined Compucom group as a Proctor and associate professor.
His strengths are his ability to connect with his students at a deeper level and his sincerity to sort out their problems. Through out his career he have helped youth to over come their fears.
