Corona virus in USA is wrecking havoc. I don’t have any data related to previous epidemic or pandemic breakout on USA soil. But, Wikipedia states that close to 4,500 US soldiers lost their life in Iraq and around 2,400 in Afghanistan. This is only for deaths in direct action. Looking at the statistics Corona virus in USA has claimed more than 108,000 lives is a shock. This China generated and propagated pandemic has inflicted irreparable damage to the USA. Well, lets not take this that way. We will get enough time to repair the broken society. This post is about extending deepest condolences to families lost their loved ones. And reassuring that with more than 6000 deaths we Indians do feel your pain.

Just moments ago I was looking at the covid-19 data on worldmeters.info. The website shows more than 1 million 89 thousand cases in USA alone (1,894,332). The death toll is even horrifying. There are more than 108 thousand deaths. That is just the data of population affected by corona virus. I am so sorry. I cant explain my feelings in words.
No one can imagine the pain of families who lost their loved ones. And, I can’t imagine the hopelessness of people who are watching their loved ones die and are unable to do anything. All technology and advancement in medical care isn’t enough. I am so sorry. I really can connect to a common American as similar conditions are prevailing in India also.

But this pandemic will leave a mark on the heart of every US citizen. Everyone is doing what is necessary. Doctors, paramedics and supporting staff are fighting. Stand strong with them. I know you will recover from this blow. When you will recover from this I hope that once again your Great nation will be back on its feet. But till then hold on to your faith in God.
